Hello, I am a very small business owner and have QB Simple start for $270/yr + tax and noticed I have a $20/month fee. Does anyone know what is that monthly fee is for?

It's possible that you subscribe to a different service, like payroll, which has a surcharge. You'll want to check this article to see the list of charges and how to check its details: Intuit charge on the credit card statement.

Also, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team so they can take a look at your billing summary. That way, they can provide you the accurate details of what that charge is.

1. Go to Help and click on Contact Us.
2. Enter Billing Concern in the question field, then click on Let's talk.
3. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond, Alex.  The chart doesn't really help me in this case -- I haven't been able to find an area where QB actually breaks down the fees.  I don't seen an indication of what this $20 is for.  I will reach out to the Customer Service team next time they are available.
