Hi I am unable to see my customers deposit within the Merchant Center. I am waiting on a customers deposit to clear and we have been waiting since the last Thursday.✌️

I'll share details about receiving customer payments, chatbotclientbox.

 

Online customer payments usually shows up in your Merchant account as soon as they're approved by your customer's bank. Although, deposit speeds depend on the product you're using and the type of payment.

 

First set of payments is usually deposited within 5 business days. Then, succeeding transactions will be deposited a lot quicker as more transactions are getting processed. Here's an article to give you more details about this: Find Out When QuickBooks Payments Deposits Customer Payments.

 

Since you can't see the transactions in your Merchant account, I would recommend reaching to our QuickBooks Payments Team. They can double-check the status of the deposit and help you further with this. Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of your QBO account.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human" in the chatbox, then press Enter.
  3. Select Get help from a human.
  4. Click Chat with us or Have us call you
