Hod I confirm that an ach payment is being processed from a client?

You're using QuickBooks Payments, correct? If so, we'll deposit your first set of payments (sometimes referred to as batch) within 5 business days. For new users, this will take a bit longer while we set up your account. Once done, we'll deposit customer payments much faster.

You can confirm the payment by checking the deposit speed. This can be done by logging into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Account and Settings.
2. Tick the Payments tab at the left pane, then click the Deposit Speed section to review.
