Thank you for your explanation. But if I don't see the option to delete and void, what is the mean?
Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @Doris G.
Allow me to share some insights about your concern. Not able to see the Delete and Void option means that your account is one of the affected for the ongoing investigation (INV-42713).
To be notified of the updates, I suggest contacting our support team to add you on the affected list. There will be an email confirmation once the issue is fixed. To contact support you can follow the steps provided by, @IamjuViel.
