How can I download and print an invoice?

Downloading and printing invoices allows you to maintain a physical or digital record of your transactions. Let's go to the Get paid & pay or Sales menu to do these in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you're using the new layout, follow these steps:

1. Go to Get paid & pay or Sales and select Customers.
2. Select the customer.
3. From the Transaction List tab, find and select the invoice you want to download and print.
4. Select Print or Download icon. 
5. If you want to print the statement, select the Print icon and print as you normally do.
6. To save as a PDF, select the Download icon. Choose where you want to save it on your computer, then select Save.
