Let's add a signature section to your invoices, mrsedaghati.

 

You can add Received by: on the Message on invoice box, so it will be printed on the invoice and your customer can sign the invoice.

 

 

You can also add the message to your invoice template, it will automatically come our every time you create invoices.

  1. On an Invoice page, click Customize at the bottom.
  2. Select Edit current to customized the checked template.
  3. Click the Content bar and click the lowest section of the previewed invoice on the right side.
  4. Enter Received by: in the message box. Refer to the screenshot.

My customers sign the invoice on my phone but they want the signature to be on the invoice that I email them since it is for services done. How do I get their signature on the invoice that is emailed to them?

Thanks for dropping by! It's quick and easy to send an invoice with the client's signature using the mobile app. Let me show you how.

 

Once you save the invoice, you'll see a summary of it with the Get signature and the Send invoice button. First, click the Get signature to capture the customer's signature and save it. Then, tap Send invoice to send it and the signature will be added to the PDF file automatically that is attached to the email.Capture.PNG
