To start, let’s open an incognito browser. This will prevent your browsing history from being saved and start afresh. Based on the type of browser you are using, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts:
If you have successfully connected your accounts using the private browser, try logging in and back to your account in your regular browser to refresh the browser and see the changes made. You can also use other up-to-date browsers supported by QuickBooks to have a smooth and secure experience.

I have the same issue ever since Sandy Springs Bank has updated their connections.
This is a business account and im trying to put all employees credit cards back into QuickBooks. However, its only allowing me to add one credit card and none of the other cards even show up for me to add.
Any other help would be greatly appreciated.

When you connect your online bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks automatically download new transactions. However, if this is not happening, or updates seem stuck, don't worry. Here are some solutions to get QuickBooks downloading transactions again.
Firstly, I recommend trying to connect your bank account again. It's also important to check your bank's website for any messages, notifications, or alerts that may be affecting the connection. Make sure there are no display issues that could be blocking QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
