How do I customise the PDF invoice name to reflect our company and the client name with the date instead of just having the name as CC Invoice #XXXX?

You can customize the invoice template to reflect your company and client's name in the PDF invoice. You can use the standard template or create a new one. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Click the Gear icon, then select Custom form styles.
3. If you want to use the standard template, click Edit under the Action column. If you want to create a new one, choose  Invoice from the New style drop-down.
4. Go to the Content tab and click the Header section.
5. In the Business name field, enter your company name.
6. Select the Table section and put a checkmark on the Date checkbox. 
7. Then, include the columns or fields you want to show. If you want to review the PDF that will be sent to your customer, click Preview PDF.
8. Click Done once finished.

You may also want to view the status of your sales transactions in QuickBooks. You can go to the Sales menu and select All Sales.

Thanks for looking into my question about customizing the invoice name.

I want our company name and client name to appear as the name of the PDF file. Eg. The file name should state Blooom CC Invoice 3369, instead of Invoice_3369_from_Creative_Capsule_LLC.

Upon saving the invoices, there is a default file name assign to each entries. At the moment, there isn't any setting to update this unless you change it manually when you save the entry.
