You can customize the invoice template to reflect your company and client's name in the PDF invoice. You can use the standard template or create a new one. Here's how:

You may also want to view the status of your sales transactions in QuickBooks. You can go to the Sales menu and select All Sales.

Thanks for looking into my question about customizing the invoice name.
I want our company name and client name to appear as the name of the PDF file. Eg. The file name should state Blooom CC Invoice 3369, instead of Invoice_3369_from_Creative_Capsule_LLC.

Upon saving the invoices, there is a default file name assign to each entries. At the moment, there isn't any setting to update this unless you change it manually when you save the entry.
