How do I edit the style of a packing slip?

QuickBooks Online doesn't have an option to edit the style of the packing slip. In the meantime, you can send a request about the feature that you want. Your valuable feedback goes to our Product Development team to help improve your experience in QuickBooks. Let me show you how:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.

I recommend also checking out the QuickBooks App Center. You can search for any third-party app that works perfectly. Here's how: 

1. Log into QuickBooks Online.
2. Select Apps from the sidebar menu.
3. Select the Browse category button to filter the results.

What kind of business do you run? A trading company, an exporter, or else? You may have an additional app to integrate with your QBO.

Has anyone ever received a response from the product team??????  I mean honestly the list of basic functions QBO can't due is 10x longer then the meager things it can do.  I've submitted dozens of requests and personally think it is a blackhole that no one checks.  I would really be interested in knowing if they have EVER added a new feature based on someone's request.  I'm betting they have not.  QBO is junk compared to the desktop version.  absolute junk.

Consider having a 3rd party as a workaround. Otherwise, switch to QB Desktop. You can still purchase the one time license for QBD 2021 and setup a simple private cloud solution if required.

I need this simple thing too. Who could possibly have thought that the recipient of a shipment could receive, using the packing slip as normally done, an item against a PO without the SKU??

I agree. This simple thing.  We like the address on the top right side when we fold our packing slip, it shows the "Ship To" address along with a PO field.  Most of our customers will not accept a package without a PO that can not be easily visible.  With the current layout, if you fold 2 times, you will only see the Bill To and  Ship To. but the PO is on the other side.  With the ability to edit the Packing Slip, we could move things around to have important information to show in a packing envelope.

Will bring this point out.  Most of our university customers want the PO visible along with the address. They won't accept if it's not easily visible in a packing envelope.  With the current layout, if we fold two times, one or the other only shows up when placed in the packing envelope. With the ability to edit, like the desktop version, we can move things around so that certain information is visible when folding the packing slip.
