You can also export the Invoice List report by:

Dear Morgan. I have read your reply and found that you may help me with the following challenge:
I have a new account in Qb and just finished the SALES part key in.
And before keying in the COST part, I found that my home currency in USD, but it must be SGD.
So all my costs are in SGD, but sales are in USD.
To key in - correctly, I must change my HOME CURRENCY to SGD, but to do that, I must RESET my account without wasting all my invoices.
I chatted with support, and they told me that I must export invoices, reset my account > and import invoices back, but I am afraid of losing data, and I need professional help.
CURRENT STATUS:
My home currency USD
My sales are in USD, and my cost in SGD
NEEDED STATUS
My home currency in SGD
My sales are still in USD, and my cost in SGD
Is your company located in Singapore but using QBO US version instead of the Singapore version?
Hi there, @marinabaytravel. Allow me to share some information and provide assistance in changing your home currency from USD to SGD.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can basically change our Home currency in just a few easy steps. However, if you've turned on the Multicurrency feature, the only way to change the home currency is to delete all your data and start over from scratch just like what one of our supports recommended to you as this action is irreversible.
Refer to the image below to check if your Multicurrency feature is turned on:
With regard to starting over, since we can only move lists from QBO to another QBO or QBDT account, yes, you can consider running invoice-related reports such as the Invoice list report and exporting it to Excel. When you're done setting up a brand new account, you can import those invoices again. I've included this article to help you export your data: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
When ready, follow these steps in deleting your account:
If your account is less than 60 days old.
Note that purging company data is only applicable to QBO Plus, Essentials, and Advanced.
The system deletes all data entered into the company, and you're unable to restore or reverse them.
On the other hand, if it's 60 days old or older, follow these steps to cancel your account. If you use payroll, you should cancel your payroll subscription too. Please note that after the account deletion, we keep your data for one year so you can come back to your previous account if you decided to do so.
When done, you can start a new company by following these steps:
Moreover, I'll be adding this article that'll help you in adding and deleting multi currencies: Set up and use multicurrency in QuickBooks Online.
Please know that you can always go back here in the comments if you need further assistance in managing your QuickBooks Online account. It's my priority to make sure you'll get the assistance you need and help you accomplish your tasks. Take care always.
Hi, thank you for your quick response.
I am using the SG Website from the day one, as the system actually show me a choice of US or SG site
I need your help online
Hi marinabaytravel,
Thank you for always following this up. I'll continue to assist you with handling your invoices.
Know that in QuickBooks Online Singapore can only import invoices. We're unable to export them. I understand how much it would help if there's an export option so you can move them to another company file. I would encourage you to submit this as feedback. This way, our engineers can consider adding that option in future updates.
Given that we're unable to make changes to your currencies in QuickBooks, your option is to start with a new QBO subscription and re-enter everything. You can start with exporting your list of names, accounts, and products and services so you won't have to enter them again.
Let me know if you have other questions in mind. Have a good one.
If you sign up for QBO Singapore version, your default currency will be SGD by default. You should signup for a new account and migrate data from your old account or purchase a 3rd party migration service.
Thanks so much for this excellent reply — I had followed the process exactly as you say , then the up arrow option disappeared , replaced by an import option. It is not working even in the accountant view as well as business view.
You can troubleshoot your browser to resolve the missing export icon in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Eddie, and I'm here to assist you.
Missing options in QBO are caused by an outdated cache stored in your browser. To clean them up, I recommend accessing your account in an incognito window. Here are some keyboard shortcuts you can follow:
If the export icon appears, you can clear the cache in your default browser or consider switching to another supported one.
Alternatively, you can run the Invoice List report and export it to Excel. Here's how:
We'd also appreciate it if you could share a screenshot so we can visualize the issue and provide more appropriate troubleshooting.
In addition, you may want to personalize the appearance of your invoices to make them look eye-catching to your customers.
Feel free to get back to us whenever you have additional questions about exporting your invoices in QBO. The Community is always willing to lend you a helping hand. Keep safe and have a wonderful day ahead.
