How do I set up a multi use payment link that is more than $5,000?

You can only enter an amount between $1.00–$5,000 when setting up a multi-use payment link, userjlondon.

Creating a payment link exceeding $5,000 is currently unobtainable. Since you wish to be able to specify a greater amount, I recommend submitting a suggestion to our developers. They will review and consider it for future enhancements based on the number of users' requests.

To proceed, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
  3. Share your suggestion, then click Next.

Furthermore, you can track them and stay updated on recent developments by visiting our website or blog.

To familiarize the things to keep in mind when using this feature, refer to this article: Send Payment links in QuickBooks.

@userjlondon

I know a backup option for your case. You will be able to

1, Add your logo and pick a unique URL. It can be your business’ name or whatever you want it to be.

2. Put your link on your invoices, website, emails, or send it directly to your business customers.

3. Your business customers can choose the way they want to pay – ACH bank transfer (free) or card (2.9% fee). They get more flexibility and you still get paid your way.
