How do you get a QuickBooks Support Manager to follow up with Support. The technicians can't seem to do their jobs after multiple phone calls. On with one now.

I understand the impact of any delay in resolving your concern. That being said, let me guide you in scheduling a callback through the Help icon and request for a manager to call you.
Here's how to contact them:
Click on the Help button.
Select on Contact Us.
Enter your concern on the How can we help box.
Click on Continue.
Choose to Get a callback.
Enter your contact information.
Click on the Call me button.
