I cannot open Checks nor Received payments from the Recent lists.
I recognize the importance of being able to access Check and manage payments seamlessly in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Thomas. Let’s work together to resolve this issue so you can get back to business with ease.
To troubleshoot the error you've encountered, let's begin by accessing your account in your browser's incognito mode. This will help us determine if an outdated cache in your browser is causing the error preventing you from generating, opening checks, or receiving payments from the RECENT SEARCHES or TRANSACTIONS lists. Please use the relevant keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type.
If this fixes the issue, proceed to clear the browser's cache this process will help the program run optimally. Additionally, I recommend using other supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.
If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support team. I tried a different browser, and it did work. !!!!!
I will go back to Safari and look further for clearing addtional items needed for cache and search for other blocks that may be present. Thank you for your help.
Still not working in safari.

Accessing checks that include creating them as transactions doesn't have specific requirements in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and should be easy and accessible.
