Yes. The error is shown in the attached screenshot. “ Somethings not working. Try refreshing the page and check back” This problem has persisted 3 plus days now. It would let be even get to a point to create a check. Apparently this posting system won't let me upload a PNG

It would not even  let me get to a point to generate a check.... !!!!!!

I cannot open Checks nor Received payments from the Recent lists.

To troubleshoot the error you've encountered, let's begin by accessing your account in your browser's incognito mode. This will help us determine if an outdated cache in your browser is causing the error preventing you from generating, opening checks, or receiving payments from the RECENT SEARCHES or TRANSACTIONS lists. Please use the relevant keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If this fixes the issue, proceed to clear the browser's cache  this process will help the program run optimally. Additionally, I recommend using other supported browsers  to ensure everything works as expected.

Our team of experts possesses the knowledge and tools to assist you in troubleshooting and resolving this issue effectively. If needed, they can also create a support ticket for further investigation. Once added to the affected users list, you will receive an email notification when the issue is resolved.
