It's my priority for you to send your invoices in QuickBooks, greg5185.


Before we do any troubleshooting steps, let's make sure we updated your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release. Then, we can run the Verify and Rebuild Data process to determine company data issues and fix them. If you're still unable to send your invoices, there's a possibility that the Gmail profile in QuickBooks is damaged. Just delete and recreate it to refresh the setup in the software. Let me show you how:

  1. Click Edit at the top menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. In the Preferences window, choose Send Forms and go to the My Preferences tab.
  4. Highlight the Gmail profile and click Delete.
  5. Confirm the action.
  6. Then, reconnect your Gmail account.

I've reviewed our ongoing/solved investigations and can confirm there's currently no records of subscribers reporting issues with sending emails using an AOL address.

Since you've performed each of RCV's troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.

They can be reached while you're using QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. In your top menu bar, go to Help, then QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in our Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong) field.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Select We’ll contact you for a callback or Message Us to start an instant messaging session.
