I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. This way, you can get an explanation of your question. They can also walk you through with the steps to resolve this issue.

 

To contact support:
  1. Go to the Help icon, then click on Contact Us.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern, then click Let's Talk.
  3. There are options provided on how to contact support, please select Get a callback.

I have a question about my billing

I keep getting billed for 84.20 and I have changed my plan multiple times to the lowest plan available. Why do I keep getting billed this high amount?

We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our service. I believe that this shouldn't happen since you've already changed it to the lowest price available. 

 

As much as I want to help you, the ability to pull up your account and check the billing history is done by our Customer Care Team to protect your personal information. 

 

To ensure that this will be taken care of as soon as possible, I'd recommend contacting our support through the Help icon. Once you're in, one of our representatives will review the charges on your account. Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. Choose the Assistant tab.
  4. Click the Talk to a human option.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. Click either Chat with us or Have us call you button.
