I have my customers associated with TSheets but I do not want my customers to automatically be added to TSheets. How can I turn off this feature?

The QuickBooks Online integration offers an automatic import of any new or edited information in QuickBooks to TSheets.

 

Here's how to restrict the import:

 

  1. Go to QuickBooks Preferences.
  2. Under Automatically import changes to, deselect the customers you don’t want to automatically import.
  3. To disable the automatic import entirely, deselect the Automatically import for changes made in QuickBooks.
  • Automatically import changes made in QuickBooks
  • Automatically import changes to:
    • Employees
    • Vendors
    • Customers
    • Jobs
    • Service Items
    • Classes

So I hate to sound stupid but I do not see quickbooks preferences.  If you are talking about the gear ice, I checked there and there is nothing to change for TSheets.  I went into TSheets and clicked on Preferences and I can see that the box "Customers and Jobs" is checked but it will not allow me to uncheck it.  So, I am uncertain where to go to make the changes you suggested.  Thank you

I appreciate following the steps provided by my colleagues. Since you're unable to see this feature or unchecked it. I recommend, reaching out to Tsheet's support for further assistance.  

 

This way, they can pull up your account in a secure environment and to determine why you're getting this issue.
