Thanks for dropping by the Community, darren-carolinap.

Let me share some information about the funding time for your customer’s payment.

For new payments users, the first transaction may be held for approximately 3-5 business days. These early deposits take a bit longer while we set up the account. We'll send an email once everything is set. This is to inform you that your payments will process at the normal speed.

Generally, credit card payments are deposited the next business day. While a bank transfer can take up to 2-7 business days.

If you already have a merchant account, let’s go to the Merchant Center to see when the deposit was made. I’ll help make sure you can do this with just a few clicks.

  1. Click here to access your payments account.
  2. Tap the Activity & Reports drop-down to select All Statements.msc deposit.png
  3. Find your most recent statement and choose View.
  4. Enter the last 4 digits of your Tax ID number.
  5. View the Date in the Activity Summary. This is the date the deposit was made.

For more details, see the following article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments. The resource will guide you on how to check the status of your customers’ funds and resolve any merchant-related issues.
