I have two intuit accounts and was wondering how i can merge the 2 together

I'll help with your question about managing Intuit accounts, bethanyndubois93.

 

We're unable to merge two Intuit accounts at the moment. However, it's possible to use the same login ID for both accounts. You just need to add the other login ID in the second account and transfer the Master Admin rights to it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Gear icon and select Manage Users.
  2. Click Add user, then select Company admin as the user type.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Enter the required info, then select Save.

Once done, follow the steps in these articles on how to transfer the admin rights and switch between two accounts:

 

If you only want to keep one account, you'll want to cancel the second one to avoid unnecessary monthly fees. Use this article as a guide: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.
