I'd like to help you fix the error message and ensure you're able to set up your invoices properly.
However, I need more details about it. Can I have the specific error code when adding your address? That way, I can come up with the ideal steps to fix it.
In the meantime, let's do the following common fixes to resolve the error message.
Most error messages are caused by cache-related issues. One way to rule this out is to use an incognito or private window:
Log in to your QuickBooks Online account, then enter your address for your invoices. When you're able to do so, go back to the regular browser. Then, clear the cache to remove the webpage data that's causing the error message. Close out any browser processes to complete the process.
You can also use another supported browser as an alternative solution.
If you're still getting the issue, you can delete the address and re-enter it on the page.
