So I have tried to clear the cache, tried two other browser applications and tried two other devices with all of the same browsers with cleared caches and I still get stuck looking at the screen shown in the attached image with the loading wheel spinning forever.
I have tried cleared cache and three separate browsers on three different computers and I always get the screen shown in the attached picture with a loading wheel that never stops spinning regardless of how long it is allowed to continue for.
