QuickBooks Online allows you to customize the sales forms including the invoice. I'll show you how to include the description:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
- Find the invoice template you're using and click Edit.
- From the Content tab, click the body section (middle part) of the preview.
- Check the Description box and select Done to save it.
