I've been trying to sort the below with QB support team via QBO "help" option since last year but so far this has not been resolved. Grateful if anyone could assist here.
NB - My functional currency is ZMW (Zambian Kwacha).
My Accounts Payables (USD) was valued at ZMW 351,425.02 in 2020 while i was using QBD when importing in QBO now it shows ZMW 865,168.58. The difference balace is also reflecting in my members equity account. How to correct this? I cannot pass the journals proposed by QB as i need to select a supplier and this will impact my ageing by showing an open item like: Dr AP 351,452.02 Cr Members equity (351,452.02) I need to have an option to process home currency adjustment in my opinion to sort this out. (Reports on both QBO and QBD were run on accrual basis)
In addition to the above, all the below trading accounts in foreign currency have got differences and the variance is found in members equity.

I appreciate your patience in finding a solution to correct your A/R balances. This scenario requires checking your reports and transactions, so I won't suggest doing any corrections without looking at your books. It's best to contact our QBO Support again, so they can use a screen-sharing tool to check this further.

I'm attaching two files which include my communications to QBO team after screen share. All the agents, have promised to revert back with an email but none did. I only managed to record two conversations but i've been in touch with the QBO support team through "help" more that 5 times regarding this matter. Would you still advise me to use the HELP option?
I can imagine the hurdle you've been through in fixing this issue on your balance sheet, @keshav7795.
Based on your scenario, it'd be best to create a callback request from our Customer Care Support. They'll be able to look into this issue further and give you the finest answer to your problem.

I'll ensure that you can schedule a reminder to our QuickBooks Online (QBO) support. By doing so, your Accounts Receivable balance issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
All QBO versions in the United States have a Callback option. That said, you should be able to see that from your end if you use the American version.
Once confirmed and the issue persists, I'd recommend logging into your account through incognito. This way, we can verify if this is a browser-related problem.
Refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:
Once logged in, check if the Callback option is available. If it's visible, return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on the keyboard to clear the cache.
If the problem continues, you may consider using our QBO sample account. From there, you can set a callback from our support. Ensure to contact them within business hours to ensure a swift response.
But if you use QBO Global version, they only have the Community and Chat option available.
