For new users, we will process and deposit your initial set of payments within five business days. The time it takes for your deposit to be processed may vary depending on the service you are using and the payment method you choose. Standard deposits are processed daily except for Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, while instant deposits are processed every day of the year with no exceptions.
Typically, credit card payments take within 5-7 banking days to transfer to your bank account, while ACH deposits can take up to 7-10 business days.

Am I able to access this on the computer or my phone if phone which app do I download cause I have the quickbooks self employed and the regular quickbooks
I appreciate you returning to the forum and asking for clarification on your customer's payment issue, mkeynada. Let me provide insight into deposit processing and ensure that this arrives in your account efficiently.
First off, I'd like to know what you mean by "regular QuickBooks." Do you mean QuickBooks Payment account or QuickBooks Online account? I appreciate any additional information so I can provide accurate details.
For now, please know that you may access your QuickBooks Merchant and QBO accounts from both a computer and your phone. However, this is done by logging into your accounts using a web browser, allowing you to check your deposit speed. Thus, downloading the QuickBooks app isn't needed because the steps provided above is currently unavailable from there.
In addition, the steps outlined by my colleague are achievable using QBO. If you don't utilize this version, please check the deposit speed in the Merchant Service Center. You can refer to this article to see extra details: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
In case you're unable to view the deposit speed on your end or haven't received the deposit within the time range specified above, I also recommend contacting our Merchants Services Support Team. They're the best support group for such inquiries as they can request account information. This way, they can verify the status of the payment and investigate why it wasn't deposited to your account yet.
Lastly, you can read this article if you need steps on how to see which payments are included in a deposit: Common questions about payments deposits in QuickBooks Online.
Please let me know if you still have concerns related to managing customer's payments in QuickBooks. I'm always here to help you, mkeynada. Have a great day!
