If I send an invoice and a customer pays with credit card, debit or bank transfer how do I get notified?

I want to officially welcome you to the Community space, @evan-helpe-com.

 

You'll need to enable your preferences in your QuickBooks Payment account. This way, you can get an email notification whenever funds are deposited into your bank account. Let me show you how.

 

  1. Log in to https://merchantcenter.intuit.com.
  2. Below Account, choose Settings & Alerts.
  3. Select Yes under Receive Credit Card Deposit Notification in the Email Alerts section.
  4. Enter the email address where you'd like to receive the notifications. Separate multiple email addresses with semi-colons.
  5. Enter the email address in the empty box that appears when you click a notification's Yes radio button. Notifications go to the email address on file with Intuit Customer Service if you enter nothing.
  6. Then, click Save Changes.
  7. Move your cursor back over Account, then pick Account Profile.
  8. Locate the Contact information section and confirm your contact email address is accurate.
  9. If updates need to be made, hit Edit to make them. After they're entered, select Submit.
