Buy nowI can help you get your contractor's W-9 forms into the system, laurengaston-des.
Did you invite your contractors to fill out their forms to add their tax info? You only have two options on how to input your contractor's W-9 info into QuickBooks Online. One is to invite them so they'll be the ones to enter the details for you. The system will then automatically update the info in your account. Second is you'll want to manually enter their personal details while the option to upload a W-9 file is unavailable.
If you performed the first one and your contractors are having issues opening the invitation link, you can let them access the invitation in a private browser. You can let them follow the steps on this link: Invite a contractor to add their own tax info.

Hi. I’m a contractor and I have an account with a login and password in selfemployed.intuit.com . Over the past 4 days, I’ve entered my W9 info as instructed. I’ve checked my data entry to make sure that all the data and formatting is correct. Each time, at the bottom of the screen, I’ve tried clicking a green “Next” button and nothing happens. I’ve tried clearing my browser cache. I’ve tried using Safari and Chrome browsers. I’ve tried using a Dell pc and a Mac laptop and an iPhone. I’ve spoken to a customer service person who has sent me to this tech support page.
I feel like I’m going #%!%#! crazy. Should I just tell the employer to mail me a W-9 form—as if we’re in the “pre-internet” days— since this Intuit system or Quickbooks system—or whatever it’s called—isn’t working for me?!
One more thing, FYI: I don’t want a !#%$! “Virtual badge” to reward me for reading help articles on your tech support page. I want the problem fixed. If the problem cannot be fixed, I want an acknowledgment that this is an issue that cannot be fixed, and then I can be freed to figure out another way to get the task done.
