Let's get you the support you need. 

 

If our chat support system isn't a way of contact that you want, then I recommend requesting a callback with us. It's a very easy process. 

 

1. Log into your QuickBooks.

2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.

3. Click Contact Us.

4. Enter a question, then press Continue.

5. Now choose Get a Callback.

The OP wants to chat, 7x24 - as advertised.  The question is why was chat closed when it is supposed to be open 7x24?

Hello, everyone.

 

When you visit our website and go to the Support section, the Community is the only support that is open 24/7. Our chat support will be open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday, and 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday. 

 

You'll want to check our support hours here: Support hours and types. Then, click the QuickBooks Desktop drop-down arrow.

You will receive our response once we’re done answering it. Please make sure that your notification setting is set correctly, so you’ll be notified once we’ve mentioned you.

 

Here's how you can double-check your setting:

 

  1. Go to your profile.
  2. Select Edit beside the Membership stats field.
  3. Choose Notification Settings.
  4. Under Email Notifications, select Use default (Immediately).
