In order to accept credit cards do we contact each one to set up or does quick books do that? what is the fee?

Once you already have QuickBooks payment, you can set up online invoices so your customers can pay online.

Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon on the toolbar.
2. Click Account and settings, then the Sales tab.
3. Under Invoice payments, hit the pencil icon and choose Edit.
4. When you’re finished, select Save.
