Inventory Adjustment

Hello there, @Cbarsi.

Let me step in and help you print the inventory adjustment of your QuickBooks Desktop account. In the adjustment screen, we're not able to print or import the adjustment. However, you can pull up the inventory or item list report to print the adjustment. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Lists menu.
  2. Select the Item list tab.
  3. Look for the adjusted item or inventory.
  4. Hover your mouse on the item, and hit right-click.
  5. Select the QuickReport option.
  6. Filter the date range and click the Refresh button.
  7. Click the Print menu to print the report.

You can also customize the report to pull up the specific statement you'd like. Once done running the report, you can memorize it to save the modified settings on the report.

If you have additional questions, just notify me by leaving a message in the comment box. I'll be around here in the Community to help. Take care and have a great day!

Inventory Adjustment

Thank you for your help on the report for the inventory adjustments.  I am trying to get a print out of just the adjustment that I am currently working on.  I was told by Quickbooks support that this option is not available with Premier or Enterprise.  I was told to put this question up in the community forum, so maybe it could be included in the next update.

Inventory Adjustment

Thank you for sharing it with us, Cbarsi.

I have another options you can work on. If you used only one account for this inventory, we can use the QuickReport to print your inventory adjustment.

Here's how:

  1. Click Company on the menu.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts.
  3. Select the affected account for the inventory adjustment.
  4. Click the Reports drop-down, then select QuickReport.

If you've used multiple accounts, you'll want to try the Print Screen. This allows you to capture what's on your computer screen.

  1. Click the window that you want to copy.
  2. Press ALT+PRINT SCREEN.
  3. Paste (CTRL+V) the image into an Office program or other application.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions.

Recently added another monitor.   Now when we use print screen, it prints both screens. Do you know a way to just print just the one screen of the monitor that the adjustment  is on.
