Is anyone else having an issue with the "create invoice" function? I press on it and nothing happens.

Hi there, @acrunners-llc.

 

I'm here to help you create an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

I've checked our records, and I haven't seen any reports similar to this.  With this, I'd suggest performing primary troubleshooting steps to isolate the difficulty. Stocked cache files on your browser can seldom cause the Create Invoice option to misfunction.
 

To start, please access your account via incognito. These browsers won't save any browsing histories. 

 

Feel free to use these shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

Once logged in, go back to the Invoice page, then re-recreate an invoice to confirm it's already performing adequately. If you're able to do so, we'll have to go back to your normal browser and clear the cache to drop the junk files. Using other supported browsers is a good option also. 

 

You can always access any customer reports by going to the Reports tab. This way, you'll able to review all the transactions you've entered into the system. For more details, check out this article: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Additionally, could you please let me know if you've received any errors when hitting the Create Invoice? Any additional information will help me to present an exact explanation and resolution as well.
