And, yes, there is some other way to reach QuickBooks experts that available on Saturday.
To start with, I suggest going to the Help icon. From there, you can fill in a piece of information so an expert can call you back. . If you're using Plus, Essentials, Simple Start, our Support Team is open from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For QuickBooks Advanced, our Support Team is open at any time. Please note that the steps below are for the new interface of QuickBooks Online, here's how to contact them:
- Open your QuickBooks Account.
- At the top right, click the Help icon.
- Choose the Assistant section.
- Type your concern in the Type something field.
- Click Talk to a human.
- Click I still need a human.
- Click the Get help from a human.
- You'll be routed into the How can we help? page. Then, select callback or how you want to contact them and fill in the information.
