Hi there, @n8bocks.
I'm here to provide some details and workaround about accessing invoice URLs based on the client ID in QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, you can manually copy and paste the invoice link in the customer's email. With this, I'd recommend utilizing a third-party app that can sync the information automatically with Salesforce based on customer ID.
Here's how:
You also have an option to post this concern to our Product Developer. Developer support and QuickBooks Online Allstars can provide suggestions or workaround to your concern. Let me guide you how.
Additionally, you can always personalize your sales form. This way, you can add more columns, lines, or data to your customer transactions. You may refer to this article for the complete steps: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to visit our Help Articles. This page contains a lot of questions about handling your business transactions, customer transactions, reports, and other topics.

You may utilize the connector to automate the process between Salesforce and QBO.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate it, but unfortunately, it doesn't answer my question.
I have spent a lot of time looking at the third party apps that are available and have spent hours searching the internet trying to find any information that might answer the question of whether an invoice URL is a field that is available to be synced by any app, third party or through the first party QBO to Salesforce Connector. So far, I haven't been able to find any one that allows access to the invoice URL.
I was hoping that someone from QBO might be able to answer the question of whether the invoice URLs are even available. I'd rather not have to look at every one of the third party apps individually.
Thank you for your response. I appreciate it, but unfortunately, neither of those apps appear to support access to an invoice URL. As far as I can tell, the list of available fields does not include the invoice URL information.
I would like to be able to use the invoice URL on my customer portal so my clients can click the invoice URL and be taken to the same QBO payment page they would go to if they had clicked on a line in a "new invoice" email from QBO.
My understanding is that the URL can be copied and pasted by hand from a QBO report, but I cannot find any way to access the URL using the QBO Salesforce Connector or any of the many third party apps I have tested so far.
I was hoping that someone know if this was currently possible without my having to set up an account with each third party app and spend the time testing each one.
We know another connector developed by another party to sync data between SF and QBO. Should you interest to explore it, send your business email address in a private message to us. We will introduce you directly to their technical advisor.
Hi,
I was hoping you found something. I have the same issue right now. I am pushing info into Salesforce when an invoice is created and paid but I would really love to also push the Invoice URL to Salesforce and so far I have not found a good way to do that. let me know if you found anything.

The option to access an invoice URL to Salesforce is still unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO) as of this writing.
You may consider consider MichelleBh's alternative which is to manually copy and paste the invoice link in the customer's email through a third-party app that sync's the information to Salesforce based on customer ID.
Here's how:
Otherwise, you can visit our QuickBooks App Center to look for a third-party application that can be integrated with QBO.
Also, you'll want to check out our Help Articles to help you with the tasks and tips when using QBO.
Feel free to go back to this thread if you need anything else while working with invoices. Have a good one.

I got it to work. Contact me if you like. I set up that new invoices and invoice payments get pushed into Salesforce including the Invoice URL (that one was painful).
This is for Quickbooks online
