Yes, there’s a way to turn off invoice suggestions. On the Invoice page, click on the X or No, thanks buttons to prevent the pop-up from showing up again.

It still shows up every time I create an invoice. I want the "suggestions" to NEVER show up on my invoice screen.
I want "suggestions" to NEVER show up on my invoice screen. It is useless and in the way.

Let me step in and assist you to turn off the "suggestion" on your invoice page.
You can turn off this feature by going to the Gear icon on your invoice page, then click the drop-down and select the Smart suggestion button.
If you don't have an option to turn off the smart suggestion, you can contact our QuickBooks Support to check your account and help you with your concern.
Let me assist you on how to contact our support:
Note: The support hours of Plus, Essentials, or Simple Start are from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Then 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday. And, if you're using the Advanced version, you can contact us any time on any day.

Thank you! This wasn't possible months ago when this feature first started. It is such a terrible feature that is not "smart" at all - the suggestions it makes have absolutely nothing to do with my normal invoice activity. So glad they made a way to get rid of it. I was about to call QB and downgrade to a less expensive product that doesn't have this terrible feature.
