How is this easier? You literally typed few paragraphs of "water under the bridge" with "steps to take" instead of just providing with an email address.
I don't think the fact quickbooks scams people and doesn't provide any support should be confidential - people should know about it.
Now you would ask - how is it quickbooks scams and where is the proof to both of the statements? - easy, one step at the time:
1. I've reached out to your chat with human on the web site asking for email - they said they don't have it, when in fact i was able eventually to find it on google, ironically it is [email address removed] (not sure exactly who cares tho as I'm still waiting for reply). Proof of screenshot of chat with your representative is attached. So there you have it - quickbooks support does not support.
2. How does quickbooks scam you? Easy:

I know how you would want to get back to working and change the month-end closing date on the Account and Settings page, @gp-110. I'd also like to appreciate you for performing the recommended basic troubleshooting steps to resolve this.
As per checking here, we've been receiving similar reports about the Account and Settings page being unresponsive in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Currently, our engineers are putting in efforts to resolve this issue and provide a permanent fix.
While this investigation is still ongoing, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support Team, if you haven't. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users and receive email notifications once an update regarding this issue will be available.
Here's how:

Quennie C.
Thank you for your response.
In addition to all the other things we have tried (e.g, multiple browsers as well as Incognito, clearing cache, etc.) we have contacted Customer Care Support Team, but they too were not able to do anything to resolve the current situation of not being able to change the month-end close date.
It sounds as though this problem is not new to QB so I am not sure why the programmers have still not been able to come up with a solution, or at least a work around, for this issue.
When do you realistically think they will have a solution, or as I say at least a work around, to this problem so that customers will be able to change the month-end close date?
Try this one.

@MAINADMIN Intuit/ QB doesn't let you post email addresses or phone numbers.
We have had an issue with Quickbooks for 3 months now. You may be waiting a long time for help. They have done an awful job with support for us. Just sent an email saying it was fixed, and it is not. I imagine we will wait another 3 months. Yet they still take our payment every month.
What issue?
Right?! This service is rediculous. I've been trying to speak to someone for 3 weeks now. No one is returning my calls or emails. It's unbelievable. I don't understand how they think they've made this easier for us and why it's so hard to get a reply back.
I agree. It's an absolute joke. I'm going to be transferring to another company.
I'm going to be transferring to another company.
You should do that immediately. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service if required.
Hello,
I need to speak with someone immediately. You 'chat with us option' just provides a case number and nothing else. nobody ever joins the conversation. please have someone contact me. ridiculous.
Anyone else, is there another book keeping option online so I can get rid of this useless product?
