The option to send multiple invoices using a Gmail address is currently unavailable. That's why QuickBooks the email address reverting to quickbooks@notification.com. As a workaround, you'll want to open each invoice and send it using the Gmail address.
I can see that this option is a great idea to improve the software. For now, I encourage submitting feedback directly to our product engineers. They may look into this suggestion and consider adding the option in the future update. To send feedback, you can go to the Gear icon and select Feedback. Then, enter your suggestion and click Submit.

What about the reminder emails that are sent with just one invoice?

Reminders can be sent to customers either automatically or manually. Automatic email reminders are applied immediately to all new invoices. However, you can manually send a reminder to the customer with just one invoice.

Thank you, I understand how to send the reminders. My question was, is it possible to change who those reminder emails are coming from? Our invoices are configured to send from our gmail address, but these reminders are sent from [email address removed]. I'd like to configure them to send from our gmail address.

Thank you! I was in Customers and clicking the arrow next to the overdue invoices and selecting Send Reminder. This method did not allow me to change the send from address.
