Hello sattvabalanceasp, I'm here to explain why your customer's payment status says being reviewed.
Your customer's payment will be put on hold and reviewed for some security reasons. It is temporarily put on hold in the system until successfully verified. The standard process of payments may take longer when a new Merchant account is opened. It means that the payment is successful from the customer's end, and now they're being reviewed by the bank. They will be released in a few days after reviewing them.
We can visit the Merchant Center to view the status of the payment. I'll show you how:
- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
- From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
- Select the date range in the Dates field.
- Select Search.
