I'm here to share some steps to find your invoices and bills in your QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
First, search your transactions to see if they will appear. If they do, you can run the Verify and Rebuild tool to help identify if this is a data integrity problem.
Here's how:
If you can't see them on your screen, you'll need to adjust your screen display.
Moreover, I'm adding this article as your reference in emailing your sales forms in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac: Email sales forms, invoices, and statements in QuickBooks Desktop.
Return to this post if you have other concerns about your invoices and bill entries in QuickBooks. I'll be here to lend a hand.
Thank you for the info. I followed your instructions to no avail. The entries in both invoices and bills to pay do not show up enough to see those entries, Barley visible if at all.
Run Verify/Rebuild Data utility. Did you encounter any error message?
Which MacOS do you run?
I'm running Mojave 10.14.6. Everything else in QB 2016 shows up just fine. For now ,that's the onlly glitch.
I did run verify data/rebulld data
No error message after rebuild data
You can install QB Desktop 2019 without a code and open any company file up to 15 times. Did you encounter the same problem? Make sure to secure your backup file on QB desktop 2016 beforehand.
