My office helper made 1200 templets for each invoice she made to my customers how do I delete the templets and get it back to my original templet???? help

I’ll guide you on how to delete the templates and keep the original invoice Let’s go to the Custom form styles page and remove each custom invoice one at a time.

Here’s how:

1. In your company, tap the Gear icon in the upper right and choose Custom form styles.
2. This will take you to a page that lists all templates created in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
3. From there, select the one you wish to remove.
4. Then click the Edit link under the Action column and pick the Delete menu.
5. A pop-up window will show up informing about the action.
6. Choose the appropriate answer to complete the deletion.

After performing these steps, you can start using the original invoice and send it to your customers.  Also, you have the option to set it as the default template.

To do this, follow the steps in this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. Then go directly to Step 6: Select and use a template for invoices, sales receipts, or estimates.
