Option to save or send invoice has disappeared?

Hello there, aryehdist.

 

If you mean that the Save and Send button is missing because it has been replaced with another option, we can click the drop-down arrow. Then, select Save and Send. Please take note that the current option you choose will display in the green button on the invoice.

 

Let's take a look at the sample screenshot below:

 

On the other hand, if you mean the option to save or send the invoice is totally disappeared, I would suggest clicking the Reload icon or press F5 on your keyboard to refresh your account. Then, log in using an incognito window. It helps us determine if it's a browser-related issue. Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If the option to save or send the invoice appears, we can go back to our main browser and clear the cache. This is to start your data fresh and help QuickBooks to work well. Lastly, you can use other supported browsers.
