If you haven't already, I recommend first reconciling the account. There are several factors why the bank register balance in QuickBooks Online doesn't match your actual bank balance. These can include:
- Outstanding transactions
- New transactions for a connected account
- Duplicate transactions
- Edited or deleted transactions
