Based on the details you mentioned, I can tell that you know how to troubleshoot issues when printing checks. We do these things as well. However, we can’t vouch for a good printing results for check forms that do not come from us. But, it doesn’t mean we can’t use check forms from other Suppliers since we have a lot of clients that use their forms.
I would recommend requesting for callback or chatting with our Support to see all the things we can do for you. They might request to view your screen to see your setup.
- From the Help menu, choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Choose Contact Us at the bottom.
- In the description field, enter a summary of the help you need.
- Click Continue.
- Choose Chat or Talk to a specialist.
