Since you no longer have access to your previous phone number, use the account recovery form. You need to fill out the form in order to submit your request to change your phone number. Please note that only you can make changes to your QBO account.

Your request will be processed within one business day during business hours, and the change will be made automatically.

Here's what you will need to do:

1. Take a high-quality photo or scan of your driver's license, state ID, passport, or notarized document.
2. Fill out the form below with your info, and upload your ID or document.
3. Within one business day, look for an email from no_response@intuit.com with the next steps. If we approve your request, you'll receive a link to reset your password.
4. Then, click the Recover my account button and a new window will open click the drop-down menu that you wanted to update.
5. Enter the necessary information and Continue.
6. Once done, follow the onscreen prompts.
