Several times I have tried to memorize a contributed report after I have run and modified it to suit me. Every time, as soon as I name the report, select its location and click OK, the program (Desktop for Accountants 2021) freezes. I open Task Manager and see a HUGE amount of memory being used. It takes a bit for Task Manager to shut down the program. I tried to use Tool Hub but got a message that my version was outdated. Went online to download and it is the same version I have. Reloaded anyway. Still did not solve issues. Updated Quickbooks and Updated Windows 10 (64bit) and rebooted PC. Still can't save that memorized report.
How big is the file size?
Hi there, @Yogi.
Thank you for posting here in the Community. Allow me to chime in and help you fix the freezing issue in QuickBooks Desktop.
There are times updates aren't successful when performing the process. To verify, I recommend checking the release version and ensure you have the latest one installed for the 2021 version.
Here's how:

I have performed all the actions you suggested and the Excel report still has major errors. I have reset my Quickbooks updates, updated Windows 10 again, ran Repair Office. My system meets all the requirements you mentioned. Verify and rebuild found no issues. This error is happening across all my company files in Desktop Accountants 2021. I am in the midst of preparing year-end payroll filings and reports, so quite frustrated. I took snips of my Summarize payroll in Excel that show the parameters chosen and the error messages.
Also, in my system settings-Apps, the modify button is unavailable for all my desktop versions and the Hub Tool. The last Hub Tool I downloaded is the same version as I downloaded last August.
