How do I get a AR Report for accounts 30 days + to show what items they purchased from the invoice. Is there another report I could run to achieve this? I am working with Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2021.
Hello, Lois.
You'll have the option to customize the Sales by Customer Detail report to display the items purchased on invoices. I'll show you how.
For more custom options when running a report, visit this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.
Feel free to post again if you need further assistance with running reports. I'll be right here to help you. Have a nice day!
Thank you for that response but it is not the report I am looking for.

AR/Aging Detail
I have attached the report that I need to customize but can't figure it out. I am open to another report but it needs to show Aging with what the customer purchased like the report I have attached.
Thank you for your assistance.

Thanks for the update, @Lois.
You'll have to pull up both the A/R Aging Detail and Sales by Customer Detail reports so you can get the data you need in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Let me share further details about this below.
An accounts receivable aging report lists unpaid customer invoices by periodic date ranges. With this, you'll have to pull up, customize, and export both A/R Aging Detail and Sales by Customer Detail and manually combine them to show aging with what the customer purchased in a single report. This is because the A/R Aging Detail report alone won't display the items your customer purchased.
Please see the screenshot below for your reference.

I'll be happy to help you if you have other reporting concerns or questions about managing transactions in QBDT. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @Lois.
