In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), there's no direct way to import journal entries. You may consider performing any of the following options:
Regardless of the option you choose, I encourage you to ensure a backup of your files. This is to restore your company data in case of unintended loss and for future use.

However, you can only import journal entries if it comes from your accountant. Your accountant can create journal entries in a copy of your company file. Then, they can send the journal entries to you so you can add them to your books. Learn more about this by visiting this article: Import journal entries from your accountant.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you may consider using a third-party tool to import your journal entries. You can check for supported apps from the Apps menu or through this link: Find the right apps for your business.
