Hi MBOrg!
Thanks for posting here. Let me show you how to locate the income account.
We can search it in your Chart of Accounts. Go to the Accounting menu, select Chart of Accounts. Then, enter the account name in the Search bar.
If this doesn't work, let's perform some troubleshooting steps. Start by using an incognito window and locate the income account from there.
We can also clear the cache since it fixes issues in QuickBooks Online. Lastly, make sure that you're using a supported and up-to-date browser.

Hi Alex, I'm trying to add an income account to record In kind donations , but when I use the drop down menu I find all accounts except adding an Income account?
Sorry for the unclear questions đ
Hello, MBOrg.
Thank you for getting back to us here in Community. You can follow my colleague's recommendation by logging in to your QuickBooks account using Private/Incognito mode. To verify if it's related to a browser issue.
If its works, you'll need to clear the browser's cache. Clearing the cache or cookies is the best way to get a clean slate for your browser. Or you can use other compatible browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
I'm adding an article to help you with detailed steps on setting up an in-kind donation in QuickBooks: Set up and record in-kind donations.
If you have any questions or clarifications, let me know by leaving a comment. Iâm more than happy to help. Have a great day!
