We are having the same issue. The logo on our statements is MUCH larger than what is on our invoices. It gets cut off on the right side. Changing the margins for the default invoice did not help. Is there another workaround since there is no customization allowed for statements?

If the steps above didn't resolve your issue, let's try changing the logo file type, for example, a PDF, JPG, and PNG.

I have uploaded the QBO APP and when I go to print a customer statement, packing slip, or purchase order, My company name and half my logo are cut off due to the top margin being less that 0.25.
Can I change my top margin to be 0.50?
I did and the preview shows no top margin in QBO APP. I have to go on QBO Google to show a 0.25 margin.

When uploading a logo in QuickBooks, there are requirements that we need to follow.

Also, the option to edit or change your purchase order(PO) and statement template is not available. QuickBooks only lets you personalize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts. The only thing we can do in your PO is added custom fields, customize the transaction, and enter a default message on the form.
Meanwhile, we can do some mobile troubleshooting steps and check if there are changes. It'll also help refresh the application and eliminates common issues.

I don't have a problem with our Logo. The Logo is perfect. I need to change the top margin from 0.00 to 0.25.
