Customer can’t pay invoice

If your customers run into issues when they try to pay, don't worry. Here are a few ways to fix them so you can finish the sale, @userlashondamoore128.

Before anything else, did your customer encounter any error messages?

They can clear their web browser cache as their first thing to do. This can prevent payment links from working correctly. Then follow these steps below:

  1. Right-click the Review and Pay button in the invoice email and copy the URL.
  2. Open a web browser and paste the link into the address bar.
  3. If the link still doesn't open, try another web browser. Please ensure their web browser is up to date.

I'd also recommend contacting our Payment Support Team if this behavior persists. They'll be able to see what causing the issue. Our support representatives can also provide other fixes. Please know that our supports are mostly available during weekdays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. They can also cater to customers on weekends only Saturday starting from 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM only.

I’ve attached a reference here that contains several topics and resources about sales and customers in QuickBooks. This way, you can manage them efficiently.
