Customer service contact info?

Hello @bcampbellhm,

Welcome to the Community. Let me assist you with the customer service contact information for QuickBooks Online.

If you're trying to contact our QuickBooks Support Team, I suggest using the Get a callback or Start a chat feature from the Help menu. This way, they can securely pull up your account and handle your issues promptly.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Get a callback or Start a chat
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Choose Confirm my call or Send message

Our Customer Support Team is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM PT (Saturday).

If you need tips and related articles in managing your account, you can check out our QuickBooks Community help website.

Additionally, can you share the specific concern you have in QBO? I want to make sure I've got you covered. Just click the Reply button below to add some details.

Customer service contact info?

There is no Help menu at the upper right as per the Intuit instructions. How do I contact a person in Customer Service?

Customer service contact info?

Hi there, Potomac11.

I'm glad to see you here in QuickBooks Community. I appreciate you for following the steps provided above to contact our Customer Support Team. I'll provide steps so the Help icon will appear. This way, you can contact a representative from Intuit Support.

There are times that the browser keeps outdated Internet files that may cause websites, like QuickBooks Online, to receive an unusual behavior like the Help icon is missing.

I suggest accessing your QuickBooks account via a private or incognito window to check if this is a browser-related issue. At times, data stored for a long period causes unusual behavior to the browser. And, browsing privately disables the cache from saving your browsing data.

You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

If it works, then your main browser may have too much historical data from previously visited websites that cause this kind of behavior. Just go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers as an alternative.

If the issue continues to occur, I recommend clicking this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/prechats/offerings/Paycheck-Protection-Program/23465/view. From there, you're able to fill up information to route you from one of our Chat Support Team.

I'm also adding this article to further guide you in effectively managing your business using QBO: Help guide for QuickBooks Online. It contains topics about advanced accounting, banking, and payments to name a few.

Let me know if there's anything else you need help with. Know that I'm always here to help you anytime. Take care and keep safe!
